Torchu

my sister was desighning an evolution for raichu and I didn't like it (it looked to much like a slim raichu so I desighned one (she didn't like it) but I do so here it is

its called torchu because I think it looks like thor (the thunder god) and the Japanese for thor is toru so tor-chu
and its red because Pikachu is yellow raichu is orange so its kinda expected to be red. it has cercls on its hands as it has so much power it cant be contained by just the ones on its face,also a raichu can only become a torchu if it touches the thunder gods hammer (its a meteor). the meteor attracts lightning and surrounding it is a never ending storm only legendery pokemon or torchu can even go neer it as such only raichu that are cosen by the torchu and guided to the rock can become one (as if lightning stricks a torchu nothing will happen but if the same lightning hit a raichu it would faint. (the first torchu was around when the meteor first hit the earth and touched it before the storms around it became to powerful
